The plexiglas front of the landing light needs to be bend to match the wing shape. I prepared a special moulded part from wood.
Putting the plexiglas into the oven with 170 degree celsius and you can have the plexi in any shape you want.
The first companies where I ordered plexiglas from provided different plastics, some kind of Lexan. This worked not well, shaping Lexan is not so easy. With the real and original Plexiglas (r) it was pretty easy.
